Who I am

This website is run by Shahed Talukder, trading as SoftShapers, based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. For anything about your data, email hello@softshapers.com.

What I collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, business name if you give one, the service you chose and your message. I don't use advertising trackers or sell data.

How it's used

Your message is delivered to my inbox by email (via Resend, an email delivery service) so I can reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, run the project. I don't add you to a mailing list.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 12 months. Project correspondence is kept as long as needed for the work, invoicing and legal obligations.

Server logs

Like most websites, the hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and running.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what I hold about you at any time by emailing hello@softshapers.com. I'll respond within 30 days.
