A two-sided marketplace connecting brands with creators for paid and barter campaigns.
The problem
Deals between brands and creators were run over chat and bank transfers, with no protection for either side.
What I built
- Full deal lifecycle: proposal, negotiation, escrowed Razorpay payments, delivery, review and payout
- Dispute resolution and an admin console
- A 98-template transactional email pipeline with in-app and push notifications
- pnpm monorepo deployed to a VPS with GitHub Actions
Result
One platform now handles every step from first proposal to creator payout.
